How accurate is the TPM Systems?

Guys,

Wondering if anyone has tested the accuracy of the TPM system with a high-quality tire gauge?

I used 2 different analog gauges to top off my tires at 35PSI yet my TPMS shows the tires at 32 or 33 PSI.

Thoughts?

I've only used analog gauges and the numbers on the dash can be off a psi +/- 1 from what was on the gauge but that could be a rounding thing since one can't really get an exact reading with an analog gauge.

So, it seems to be pretty accurate. As long it's within a psi up or down, I don't sweat it.

It's probably more accurate that the average tire gauge

Looks like I need a better gauge. I just has a tire repaired at Discount Tire. The TPMS on that tire shows 35 PSI. All of the others, that I filled, show 32.
