hood lift struts

im planning on it working and looking good. im tired on bending these damn hoods. ive creased two hoods right at where the prop goes and im gonna fix that problem with these

Alright, I am being to lazy to actually resize these.

The strut is manufactured by Attwood,
Lifting force: 40lbs
Extended Length: 20 inches
Compressed Length: 12 inches

I was going to do the same thing.
I used Nissan Pathfinder hatch struts for my Nissan hardbody.

this is a very cool idea... my hood is starting to twist because it's got only one side being held up when the hood is lifted.... this looks like a definite use of hard earned dollars.
