You might PM Joel (CopyKat), I think he's one of only a very few (if not the only one) who has built a set of axle brackets from scratch.

Not to take away from your idea, but IMO, if you're looking to build up the suspension yourself, it still may be easier to find a set of axle pivot brackets already made (perhaps used), and just reinforce them if needed. Most any brackets can be made pretty durable with a few gussets and reinforcements on them to widen their footprint where they attach to the frame.
The entire rest of the suspension (radius arms, shock brackets, coil mounts, etc.) is pretty easy to do at home however.

the reason im wanting to make them is because i have access to everything to do it such as :water jet press brake welder and so on and i have NO extra cash lol thats why im not buying them i can get coils pretty cheap

I would think a used set of brackets from a junkyard (they do pop up there fairly frequently) could be had for $30 or even less (to do it right, you'll be spending many times more than that in total on your suspension, another $30 will be a drop in the bucket).

Take a look at this page though, maybe it might be of some help.
