Holes in front fenders

[G30 Sidearm]

I have a 1996 ranger. I removed front fender badges. I found three holes. The large hole looks like its for wiring. Is there a option for side marker lights? Has anyone done this?

They are just locating holes for the emblems.

I have put side markers on both a 98 and 99 using those holes. The 99 I put APC side markers on using the big holes but covering the small holes. The 98 I put LEDs in the small holes and connected to the turn signals
