Hitch Fit

Will a reciver hitch from a 2000 Ranger fit a 1997? I found one on CL and want to make sure before I buy. Thanks.

I don't see why it wouldn't. The frame rails are the same distance apart, and all the hitches that I have seen mount to the bottom of the frame rails.

on reese's web site it gives directions and what fit what.I know a 2004 hitch fits a 94.

All hitches for a ranger will fit. Look at the part numbers on any site, its the same hitch they sell you for all years.

I have an 87 hitch on my 03.
