HID's just installed

Chrome bumper sounds like a good solution. Bdab, what are you running, kent, pete, freight? you must have a laptop is your sleeper or something cause your always posting.

I was self employed until friday. I have 18 tractors and 75 trailers forsale. locked my doors....... too many customers not paying their bills. but to answer your questions, I drove what ever was open and I did infact carry my laptop with me.

and about the lights ......... I thought we were not allowed to discuss anything illegal such as knowingly running improper and illegal light set up.

Keep it civil.

first of all why would i want to drive up to what ever sh%t hole you live in?
second if i was to ever be near said sh%t hole i won't be the one running.
third don't come into someone else's thread running your d#$klicker threating me it's my truck i will install anything i want and i don't give a F#$k what your pet pieves are drive during the day then.

what are you 12? how about showing some courtesy to other drivers and use the proper set up. seriously it isn't that expensive and it can be done in a week end...... maybe $60 a side for lexus high/low beam projector pods, $10 for some lens polish, $3 for a can of flat black paint, a little creativity and some sand paper....... could be done in about 6 hours a light housing. seriously...... its not that hard and I plan on doing the same thing to my bronco but I plan on doing it right which is what you should have done.

how about showing some courtesy in this thread,i'm explaining this only once i have spent the last 3 months trying to find projector headlights because i like them better then stock but could not find them and if there was some way to mod mine to be projectors for $60 i would do it, why don't you give me a link to that awesome projector mod cause i have not seen anything or heard anything about it.

as for your comment when you run your mouth i'm going to run mine right back. especially if your going to sit there and call me names.

Last warning.

Do it in a civil manner or take some time off (this applies to BDAB as well). No reason for a discussion thread like this to get out of hand. Walk away from the keyboard if you have to.

thanks for the link that guy is smart and i am going to have to try and make my own projector's now but first i need to get a cheap second set to attempt this on.

They're incredibly bright on cars that run them without the proper housing and to make thing worse you put them on a truck that sits higher off the ground. Especially with the 12k bulbs, that's probably blinding anyone that's in the other lane or you happen to be behind.

Besides that fact, they do look very cool. I like the look.

these are for a BMW but I think you can piece it together.

I can't find that ricer forum that had detailed instructions for taking the lenses apart but I copied it so i got it somewhere.

you may have to copy and paste the ebay links........ and by the by for an off road vehicle i would be there with ya but not for a street driven vehicle. you really need to do it right as funds allow. I could have done my toyota for $150...... gonna cost slightly more to do the Bronco and more time consuming because I can't fnd diamond cut or clear lenses for it.
