gm8.... i can see it being useful for a 2.3.

not so much for my 6.5.

I dig it, probably would have done a couple things different but I like the '89-92's! Good ol turbo 2.3L's!

For the mirrors if you take them off and grind off the pot metal peened over the spring then drill/tap the posts for like a #6 or #8 machine screw to tighten up the pivots that will take care of that.

If you set all that up rebuilding the M5OD is fairly trivial, kits are cheap or find a replacement from a ~87 through '97 2.3L and you'd be good...
