Spindles are the same whether manual hubs or auto. It’s just the hub contents that are different.

That’s why it’s so easy to convert from auto to manual hubs. Basically just unscrew the old hub parts from the spindle and thread the new parts on.

Hey were you able to find a spindle? I recently went through that issue with my 04 2wd. Got one for a 10" rotor (mine is 11"), got one that had a larger upper ball joint hole, finally got the right one.
