My new (to me) truck that I have dubbed the Grape Ape is what brought me here. I have no idea why I didn't buy a Ranger sooner, I see now why people like them so much!

I traded a 1991 Honda Civic Si for it last week, got me a 96 model w/ a 2.3L and 5-speed in this crazy electric blue color.

What a great truck, I am very happy about making the trade. She needed a few things but nothing major. Have changed all the fluids and replaced the brake shoes/pads. Still gotta replace the primary O2 sensor and get two tires and then she's good to go for a long time hopefully. From the number of miles I've put on it so far it seems like it is going to be a reliable truck.

I'll post some pics this afternoon when I get to my home PC. Just figured I'd introduce myself. Nice forum here!

here's some photos

Also just replaced the 2 Generals today, they were bald. Got 235/75/15's all the way around now. It has fairly new Monroe blue shocks all the way around, so with good tires rides really smooth now and a bit higher, no scrubbing either.
