Hey guys I owner a ranger as my first truck and trolled around here along time and never joined til now. I currently own an 05 4x4 Ram guess where it is THE SHOP. I had a 4cyl 2x4 zero options Ranger loved it but hated no power locks/windows lawn mower engine and lack of 4x4, bought my dads 4x4 Dakota v8 had it for a few months it was gettin near 200k miles so I decided to buy up to a Ram well I bought it w/ 50k miles right now its at 51k w/ an evap leak, blown rear and a wild clunking in the front end. Shoulda never betrayed my 17yr old obession w/ Fords. So Ima get the Dodge fixed up (thank god for warranties) sell that p.o.s and get my ass back in a Ford. My 1 question on Ranger is how can I tell if its lsd or open diff. I go wheeling quite often in the summer and plan on lifting my next Ranger and dont wanna go thorugh the hassle of installing a locker or lsd. thanks for reading my rant just a little pissed right now.
