Hello everyone. Im Brandon. I was recommended to this site by a friend who also shares a love for the Ranger. I recently got an 84 Ranger as a DD now that everything else I own is pretty much occassional driver only and I have a 45 mile one way commute to work. It's nothing special, carb'd 2.4, 5 speed, long bed 2WD. So far love the truck and finally something that can last a while on $20 of regular whereas everything else I own guzzles 93.
Im new to this 2.4L and decided to join now that the truck as 390k miles and Im starting to slowly relace things before they go. Recently put a new head on it along with water pump, clutch and slave, brakes, etc. Now Im getting to the point of doing the bottom end of the motor before tackling a few mods.
Anywho, just wanted to introduce myself. And as for anyone who needs help with a Honda, Im your guy. Former Honda mechanic so Im at your service if you need help.
