I recently purchased a 1991 2wd 2.3 5 speed ranger, with a seized transmission. I swapped in a 5 speed from a 2001? ranger, which caused me to lose my speedo, but whatever. I soon discovered plenty other issues.

Today I purchased a chilton manual, and i'm soon to roll up my sleeves and get this thing running.

I'm 34, have probably above average experience working on all things mechanical, and hail from Kentucky.
