So while I am driving home, my truck start vibrating under load, then if I let off the gas I hear a grinding squiling kinda noise, if I press the clutch in, it stops! If its in gear and I hit the gas it jerks pretty hard and when I let off the gas it jerks pretty hard, is this a throw out bearing?:annoyed:

Most likely it is NOT a throw out bearing! FIRST place to look is the U-joints! Could be other but they are the first suspect.

Are you sure, I thought Ujoints also, but when I press the clutch in, the noise stops and it sounds like it is coming from the trans? I mean I will check all the ujoints but I didnt think the pressing in the clutch would make a ujoint stop squiling

sure it could. You are taking the resistance off one end of the shaft......no load...less u-joint stress.
