Hi I am new to here long time viewer first time poster and I need help with my truck I have a 2005 ranger xlt and i cleaned the throttle body and air filter the other day and now my truck keeps the rpms up even when I am not reving the motor??? I think it might be the TPS but I am not sure. lil info on the truck 05 as stated earlier 4.0L v6 k&n CAI afe throttle body spacer JBA headers gibson extreme duals and one of the three cats removed and replaced with a test pipe. I am not sure if it is the TPS or the MAF that would have been affected icon_confused:. thanks for the help in advance!:

First rule, for future reference, is that if it ain't broke don't fix it. I'll expand on that--if it runs okay, don't do anything to it. All of the crap you have messed with--who knows? You probably just confused the computer so much it dones knwo if tomorrow is Easter or if tomorrow is Ham Sandwich.

lol thanks It confused me because all of these mods have been on for a while then i preformed the cleaning and it started acting up i am pretty sure it is confused as well as i am lol
