Fuel pump running continuously with key in run position. Replaced relays,fuel pump,fuel pressure regulator,. Someone told me it's the computer is bad. That it is grounding out the relay and leaving it open inturn the pump keeps running. Any help i would much appreciate .

They may be right if you can unplug the fuel relay and it stops it. Then plug the relay back in, and then unplug the computer wiring plug, then turn the key to run and see if it keeps running or it stops. Make sure to unplug the computer with the key off.

In my 1994 had the same symptom and also running issues, a few years ago

Pulled out the computer and opened it up
2 of the 3 Blue Capacitors were bad, visually, probably all 3
Replaced all 3 of them, cost under $5
Been running great since then
