i just built a custom exhaust on my truck with a magnaflow and resonators to keep a small rumble but keep the cops off my ass but i think i have a exhaust leak between the exhaust manifold and the headers is there anyway if it is leaking to seal it with out tearing it down and sealing it with a gasket or rtv sealant? any ideas?

Well there is the problem. You can't use manifolds AND headers at the same time. It's one or the other man.

If you have a leak at the head then no, you gotta take stuff back apart and get some sealer on the gaskets. You did put gaskets between the manifolds and the heads, right?

It would also make sure that your leak isn't actually at the Y-pipe. It can be hard to get ball and socket exhaust joints to seal up correctly. It's all about getting them to draw up evenly.

i have stock headers on going to a y pipe then to the cats to the muff to the resonator and out.
