my trucks engine has been recenty been making a weird noise while im driving. it sounds like liquid is being pushed through a very small hole and hitting something, help please

does it sound like a gurgle? sounds more like air in your cooling system, but it's hard to tell from your description.

more like air, i cant describe the noise...like liquid is hitting something i dont know
