hey guys im needing some help.. what i have is a 2001 ranger 4x4 4.0l.. as far as i know its a 5r55e automatic tranny.. my problem is my straight axle conversion is just about done and trying to figure out if i can switch transfer cases out to an f150 or something to get a front driveshaft in. what cases will work and has anyone ever made one to work with a factory case???

this website must be a joke if knowone on here can answer my question.....
Insulting people isn't going to help you either.

Have you done a search?

The only transfer cases that will bolt to your transmission is one from a Ranger, Bronco II, or Explorer. Your only option is a BW1350 or BW1354.

Your best bet would be to get a BW1354 manual from an early Explorer.
