Help with roof rack

Ok so I have been wanting a roof rack on my truck for a while, anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this. I'd like to not have to screw through the roof, but if I do must be weather proof and look food

Yakima roof rack. Great looking...long lasting...easy ti install. The Yakima Basket Case looks great. My 99 Ranger Supercab had the setup. My 2010 Rouge has the setup. Love the Yakima. Check Ebay or go to Onion River Sports..ORS. Great deals there.

I saw a sweet set up on a red ranger over on rangerforum. I think his name was like rescueranger or something like that maybe that could get you thinking.
