{i noticed for the prefix it wont let me pick between through for the year 2001 }

i have a 2001 ford ranger 2.3 2wd with 175,000 miles the transmission is getting hard to shift when at a stop, when coming to a stop its hard to pull out of the gear to go into neutral, when trying to go from a stop its hard to pull into gear and fights against me with resistance to go into gear , i did have a rear seal leak which i fixed that and added transmission fluid but it barely needed any and i hoped would fix my issue but alas it has had no change. Any idea on what it could be ? my clutch ? syncros ? any tips/ advice are appreciated .
