Help with multiple misfire

Hey everyone and anyone with insight on an issue I'm having. CEL flashing like crazy reading codes p0301,p0302 and p0303. Also lean codes. Pulled the plugs checked the coil and wires also checked for leaking head gasket. Lost in the dark with what could be happening. Does have a cold air intake and the injectors wires and plugs are 2 years old along with the mds coil pack.. been running great for 2 years now all of a sudden bam loss of power on half the motor. Any help is appreciated.

While it's always good to check the MAF, that would affect both sides of the engine. This problem seems to be on just one side of the engine. So I would be looking at wiring issues, mostly. Plugs, plug wires, check voltage to injectors. They should have 12 volts. The ecu provides a ground to complete the circuit and fire the injectors. There is a tool, I believe it's called a noid light, that you may want to get to make sure the injectors are firing. Make sure all wiring harness connectors have a clean and tight connection. Might not hurt to check the O2 sensors and wiring for that side.
