I have a 2.9L bronco II that runs great for about the first ten to fifteen minutes of driving. After that it starts to miss and lose power. I recently put new timing chain and gears, new heads, plugs and wires. I have also swapped fuel injectors, dist. and coil with a parts truck. any help would be greatly appreciated

Hows your o2 sensor doing? The computer tries to put the engine in "closed loop" operation once it gets warm enough, and it relys on the O2 sensor for that. Just my two cents, hopefully thats it though..

Could be a number of things, but it might help to post this in the V6 forum for better results...even though the symptoms can be applied to four cylinder engines they maybe/are different...and there are hungry people in the six cylinder forum looking for work...

gonna try and change the o2 sensor and see if that helps, i'll let you guys know how it goes
