Help with codes

Pulled these codes:
Engine Off:
173 (R,M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was rich - Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control
176 (M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control
177 (M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system was rich Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control
542 (O,M) Fuel pump open, bad ground or always on - - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits

Engine On:
136 (R) Oxygen sensor not switching/system lean Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control
411 (R) Idle speed system not controlling idle properly (generally idle too high) - ISC

My engine runs really rough when under load. Could the problem be the oxygen sensors or could it be fuel system related?

Given all the oxygen sensor codes I'd say that's a likely culprit. Those can be expensive so check out the fuel pump ground first and also for the idle system, test out the IAC.

I thoroughly disagree.

This thing flipped every HEGO code and every fuel pump code.

I think the PCM is poorly grounded.

Remember, codes identify circuits not sensors or actuators.

Ok where is the PCM supposed to be grounded? Where is the fuel pump supposed to be grounded?
