help with buying cluch


That's a really good deal man! I know those parts cost a lot more when I bought them. Make sure to resurface or replace your flywheel, I regret not doing mine. I don't think you can get a bigger clutch for your 2.3, even the later 2.5L has the same size flywheel. It should hold everything you need.
 
that is a good deal. You'll find a lot of clutch kits that cost equal or more than that but don't include the slave.
 
so i couldent get a clutch for a bigger 2.9 or bigger rbv?
 
a performance clutch like a Centerforce II, NOT, NOT, NOT the "dual friction"
works real well on a 2.3 engine.

It's not bigger, but it grips better.

the 2.9 clutch is more or less the same clutch as that on a 2.3.

which is WHY it's a problem on the 2.9
