Help- Window Run Channel Installation

Hello I am a new owner of a 1986 single cab ranger I picked up for 400 bucks. I'm currently working on re-doing the window run channels and the ones I purchased from RockAuto do not have the smaller corner piece of the seal (as circled in picture). I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to install this. Thanks!
