help, starting 4.0...

Okey wanting to try to start a 95 ranger 4.0/4r44e trans, the truck was torched on the inside so all the wireing and that is gone/melted etc. Really would like to see if I can get this runing any idea's to get it started??

I'd start by replacing everything that was burnt/melted...
