Can I remove my air box filter in Ford renger 1994 and put a cold air intake right there? If so is there a certain one I need or anything like that

The stock system is a cold air intake. Removing it is pointless.

You can remove and replace it.

BUT...

That already is a cold air intake. It sucks air from outside the engine compartment, ie; cold air. If you remove the box and just have a cone filter sitting there in the engine compartment, that will suck in hot engine compartment air.

Your choice.

Thanks didn’t think about it that way

I hope i didn't sound mean. But this topic gets discussed alot. Aftermarket intakes almost always cause more problems and don't increase power. There are a few exceptions like fully sealed units that still bring in cold air through the grill, but they cost alot and unless you've done more modifications to the motor the extra air doesn't help. The stock system flows above what the engine can use. More air does not equal more power unless the engine can use it. A stock engine cannot use more air. It's already set.

This. You are much better off considering things like headers instead of exhaust manifolds and doing a port job on the heads and intakes.

Add a washable filter, like a K&N. It and breathes really well. Welcome to the club.
