tap the base with a hammer. get an O2 sensor socket and use a good penetrating oil.

use a propane torch if you have to, heat the base of the sensor till its red hot.. then let it cool completely and it should come right out. DON'T heat the bung where it screws in or it will get stuck worse

Run the engine and get the exhaust up to about 180 degrees the try and loosen it hot dont burn yourself

if all else fails, PIPE WRENCH. :) works like a charm for me I don't even bother with those "o2 sensor sockets" all they do is keep jumping on the bolt part and rounding it. a pipe wrench will grip and not slip.

Finally after yesterday I got all 3 sensors replaced boy the lowstream one was a bear it was the one giving me the mosd trouble.I finally took it to the muffler shop to get them to get it off it was way to rounded couldn't get nothing to grip on it. Thanks everyone for all of the ideals .
thanks
