thats a bummer. 5.13's are a little steep for 33's anyways...or were you upping your tire size as well?

Seems there has been some tension between Precision Gear and the guys that acquired them awhile back (I found this post over on Pirate4x4.com).

I get the feeling NO gears have been rolling out of their doors for quite awhile now, and unfortunately, Precision Gear seems to be the only manufacturer that was turning out the 5.13 ratio gears for our axles (and is why they're backordered everywhere).

Hopefully they (or the company splitting off) will pick it up again. 4.56 and 4.88 are just not deep enough for us at times

Please be sure to call them up and/or send your emails to both Precision Gear and Motive Gear. Tell them you're looking for them so they know the demand is there.
