i have a 89 bronco ll put a brand new flywheel, clutch, slave cylinder, and a master cylinder in and now it wont go into gear when running

Did you bleed it completely?

Yes, master/slave bleeding needs to be perfect and is a PITA on Ranger/Broncos.

Also you didn't mention the pressure plate, these are self adjusting so need to be reset when a new friction plate(clutch) is installed.
You will see the 3 or 4 smaller springs around the middle of the pressure plate, these need to be compressed when new friction plate is installed.
As the friction plate wears down the springs push the pressure plate closer to flywheel, keeping engage/disengage in the middle of the pedal travel, so no external adjustment is needed over the life of the friction plate.
These springs are re-compressed using a hydraulic press.

i replaced the pressure plate to and yes i bled it i gravity bled it and went through 4 resivors of flood like the instructions said to

So you bled it with the parts in the vehicle and in their natural orientation?

If so, you did it wrong.

I have seen lots of methods and instructions and TSBs and such. I have found only one method to be truly effective, and that is to connect the line with the parts out of the vehicle, held upside down.

This is a video of bleeding the clutch master while it's still in the truck:

PITA but when you have tried everything else................worth a shot

And new don't mean "right", do you remember if the pressure plate springs were compressed or not, or can you see or feel one with the inspection plate off?

Try looking into the sight hole to see how far the TO bearing is pushing the pressure plate. Less than a 1/4 inch is not good. The clutch pedal will pump up real tight before the line is connected-don't pump connected to the slave cylinder.

bubbles in the master cylinder, this was my prob, had to pull it from the firewall and turn it upside down
