Greetings everyone,

I have a 1994 Ranger with a 2.3, non California emissions. The EGR pipe has rusted off at the exhaust manifold. It is obsolete, not replaced by Ford, no dealer stock, and not available through Mazda, either. I had to plug the system to stop the noise, but now, I am getting the low EGR flow code. Does the aftermarket make this piece? I haven't been able to find anywhere.

Maybe try taking the end pieces and whats left of the pipe to a hydraulic shop... they might be able to fab up something out of stainless for ya. Or you could hit up a junk yard.

Aftermarket EGR valve, yes. Aftermarket EGR valve pipe, no.

I think your options are to call junkyards to find it, or fab up a solution. But, continue searching. I wonder if Magnaflow (for example) sells something.

I'm heading to pick-a-part on Friday. Let me know if you cant find one and I'll grab one while I'm there, you pay the cost of the part + shipping via PayPal. Let me know.
