hello im new to the off road world ive had my 1994 ranger xlt 4x4 for a few years now its more or less been used to hit the local mud holes am having trouble figuring out how to go about doing a axl swap or even where to begin rolled the ranger a few months back because im running 33s on the stock ttb front end and lost a wheele bearing

There are plenty of forums on here . Take a look and see what your looking at and also what your looking for. The swap is fairly simple and the axles can be found at most junk yards. Just have fun with it .

The "Search" button/function it at the top in the dark blue section. You are asking a question that can be answered by simply searching for it. The topic you are asking about has been covered more times than I can count. If you get stuck then ask and we can help.

A lost wheel bearing isn't a very good reason for an axle swap... If you're playing in mud holes a lot, the wheel bearings on any axle are gonna go out just the same if you don't do the required maintenance on them. It's just part of the game with mud running (same goes for greasing your ball joints, u-joints, steering links, etc.).

But yeah, lots of info for both your stock TTB axle, as well as for D44s and D60s if you search around here a bit.

That was one of my reasons...

Besides the broken spiders, shafts, hubs, and beams.

Still one of my favorite modifications, goes hand in hand with the 9" under the 64"s.
