I am the owner of a 2004 Mazda B2300 Reg. Cab A/T 4x2 rear wheel drive. Long story short. My Mazda was stolen. Upon recovery and inspection I was overwhelmingly upset to find that the thieves had destroyed my engine wiring harness. I've been searching for some time now to replace it. No success yet. It is a vehicle specific part. Not interchangeable with any other Mazda or Ford truck. If anybody can steer me in the direction of where to find this part I would be eternally grateful.

I would bet a Ranger harness is about 97 percent identical.

Buy what you can find and fix what doesn't work.

And welcome to TRS...

Sun Valley has a Junk yard Mecca....Like a 2 mile radius...surrounded by cement quarries and dumps...very industrial area.
Its like a stones throw from North Hollywood. Maybe 12-15 miles from downtown LA.

Hey Uncle Gump Thank you very much for your suggestion.. I have pulled a couple of Harness's from Ford Rangers and they were not even close. My truck was assembled in New Jersey. The harness was made in the Ford plant in Mexico and was labeled with this part ID 4L5T 14AZ80 S081X The Ford part carries this ID Label 4L5Z 12A581EA.. The Mazda Engine and Transmission harness carries the part # 1F7367080 I have and am looking everywhere for this. Hopefully I will track down the part or a salvaged duplicate of my truck. I seriously thank you for your input and welcome note. Both have given me hope that I will eventually fine exactly what I am looking for!

You might get lucky trying those part numbers on ebay. I've scored a lot of random stuff for my ranger (and other old machines) from there. If you find it, you can enter your vehicle info and the site will tell you if it fits or not...Messaging the seller will usually also tell you if its compatible or not.

Hey Eddo Rogue: Thank you very much for reaching out to me and suggesting Sun Valleys Junk Yard Mecca. I am very familiar with Sun Valley's Junk Yard Haven . It truly has helped me in the past with other vehicles I have owned. I have checked most every outlet in Sun Valley and I continue to do follow up checks with all the potential part suppliers. raibowauto is due a follow up about now. I thank you very much for the web address and for helping me.

Dang sounds like you have been doing some hunting and not had much luck...

Maybe post a wanted ad on this site in the meantime?

Ill post back if I think of anything else. Best of luck, cheers.
