Happy New Year! Had the day off from work for the New Year and thought it would be a good time to join a forum or two that I find myself reading posts on often enough, looking for information or just browsing for new ideas.
I have two Rangers:
A 1994 XLT 3.0L 4x4 that is my daily driver.
A 1986, 2.9L 4x4 that is/will be my trail rig.
I went wheelin’ with a friend at a local ORV park and knew I had to get myself a trail rig, the passenger seat is not for me! I found this girl sitting with flat bald tires and not running in the shade and frost last December. Was supposed to just have fuel problems but ran into electrical problems. Finally got everything squared away and her first drive on the road, a week ago, the clutch decided it was ‘it’s time’. Later today I actually plan to go have a look to see how bad it is. Might be doing a rebuild and go the route of the 4.0L clutch conversion.
Little bit more on her… 5.5” Superlift Suspension, 2” Body Lift, 33x12.5R15 Pro Comp Mud Terrain’s
Little about me,… I’m 23 and live in Whatcom County, Washington.
I was in my first Demolition Derby year last year and look forward to many more years of that. I am a photographer. I am a novice welder... I’ve never been good at this tell me about yourself stuff, but who is?!
Anyways, I look forward to maybe saying something every now and then now that I am official. Here’s to 2013! Cheers!
