Just a quick introduction.
I'm in Thompson, Manitoba, Canada, a small city of 15,000 North of the 55th Parallel. We expect the snow to be gone soon.
Our major industry is mining, hydro generation, and transport of goods to the region and north. We are also one of the major testing regions for extreme cold weather testing. We have Ford, Jaguar, Landrover, Chrysler, Arctic Cat, Bell Helicopters, etc. coming here every winter. They usually cover the new models with a type of padded vinyl blanket so that you can't identify the changes.
I drive a stock 1990 Ranger, with 31" tires on 15" rims.
I enjoy being able to go where I want, when I feel like it. I am also into wildlife photography, particularly birds.
By the way.....I love my truck.
