hello from the Adirondack Park

I'm sitting here trolling through posts.. realizing that I have never introduced myself. My name is Jason.. but most of my friends call me "J". I live in upstate NY, basically in the middle of the Adirondack Park. In history I've had 6 Rangers. Currently I have 2 that are in the shop that are being worked on. I've been a member since 2016.. always digging and looking for info.. never really posting anything... until recently. My current project is an 88 XLT extended cab 2wd converted to 4wd w/ a 99 4.0 engine and drivetrain, 99 dash swap, 99 wire harness. Slowly but surely getting this thing done. Just today I took the time to resize images and try to get some semblance of an album together for all to view. This was a task.. as computers are not one of the many things I am good at. My shop is my escape. The place where I collect my thoughts and fight with rust. My wife of 20 years will tell you that I'm addicted to tearing things apart or putting things together and making it work. The shop door is always open to those who like to DIY!!

I've only seen images of one other truck. Someone beat me to it..
