Hey all, just bought my first Ranger this past Friday after someone decided to try to beat out a semi in an intersection and total my Focus ST. Loved that car but it sucked in the snow so decided that the Ranger was a little more Wisconsin practical. It's a 2011 Sport 4x4 extended cab. Question, will a double din stereo fit in the factory location without modifying the dash?

I've installed a double din Pioneer in my 97 Ranger and 00 Explorer. All I did to make them fit was a little grinding on the lip that's under the radio face of the radio bezel. You would never know it even if I went back to the factory stereo because the lip you need to trim is cover by the radio.
