I was in Kingston a few times...just visiting...

Do they still have the prison and military base there?

Unless you are buying something later than 1998 be aware that junkyards are crushing the older stuff so parts are not as plentiful as they once were...you can still buy plenty of stuff from parts stores but that might not last long.

Kingston still has prisons and soldiers, yes lol. I'm actually about 20 minutes away from the city.
