Hello from AZ

I just found this site, seems like a lot of good people and info here. Hope to get together with some more people from AZ. I live in Glendale, have been 4 wheeling since I was 16. I have been all over with my Ranger, Farmington MN, Moab Utah, Salton Sea Cali, Barsto Cali, and all over AZ just tearing it up, lol. There is not a straight piece of sheet metal on it.

Yup, I can pretty much tell you were every dent and scratch came from. It used to be fairly straight and clean.

But over the years, it has sustained some damage.

I was up that way last Nov deer hunting for a week in area 7, mostly from Flaff to Williams and that whole area north.

Well I started off with a 2" body lift, 3" cut out Bushwacker fender flairs, 33" BFG"s and 456 diffs. I think I blew about 5 lock-rites in the rearend before I replaced it with a detroit locker Then about 10 years ago I did a 4" suspension lift, pulled the 2.9L V-6 and manual trans and dropped in a 302, holley projection, an AOD from a 79 F-150 and just recently removed the trac lock from the front diff and installed a Lock right.

Hey James, I saw your post about joining this forum below mine. I recently just took the trip from Lake Pleasant to Crown King. I was waiting for a friend of mine to show up, and a line of Jeeps started to line up, I talked to them for a few mins and asked them If we could tag along. I will see if I can pull up any pics from that trip.

Yes that is a stock F-150, it is my friends friend, I could not believe he let him bring it on this trip. Funny thing, he did ok with it, but cut a tire, he loaned his spare out and never got it returned to him, I plugged the gash with 5 or 6 plugs to slow the leak down, had to keep airing it up along the trail.

We use our F150 for everything!, just waiting to take her offroading though =P

Now that ATV, that 400 gets a lot of action =) been in the repair shop 10 times.
