Hello everyone. I've came here for years reading and dreaming. but is finally happening and I'm V8 swapping my 1990 Ext Cab XLT 4.0 2wd I'm going with a 302- 89 mustang and M5OD-R2 transmission - 2002 4.2L F150 . look forward to learning somethings and hopefully helping as mush as I'm helped.

I grew up around Matsqui, B.C. where there was a wrecking yard called CaptnCrunch. He used to race the demolition derbies under that name too. Wrecking yards are a disappearing resource.
