This may be a dumb guestion but has anyone every put a heim or jonny joint on the end of an early bronco radius arm for there sas? I am gathering up all the parts to do a sas, and i already have james duff ttb longarms and i like the duff crossmember setup which uses heim joints.

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Travis

i think heims would wear out too fast for that application(assuming its a dd). i have Ballistic joint on my radius arms which work well and are rebuildable. rebuild kits are cheap too!

nope she's a trailer gueen now, i bought me a 12 valve. did you just get a female joint that would fit on the radius arm? that would be what im worrying about breaking off

i actually have y link raduis arms so i tig welded mine on. i would rather have the male end with a threaded insert in the end of the tube.

make your own arms with the full size radius arms then cut and weld a tube with a johnny joint on it and make it so that you can fit it to you crossmember. or also you could do what c_note did and do a xj long arm y link or something. i have them radius arm and johhny joint ill trade you for your radius arms.
