hello ill start off by saying i have a 1994 ranger with a 302 im running a set of hedman swap headers pn 85906 the drivers side is fine for running a pipe off the passenger side dumps straight down almost on top of the i beam if anyone else is running these headers how did you run exhaust off this side ps i plan on bagging this truck as well

Here is a pic of my Hedmans (I think mine were the 89500 though)on my 84 Ranger...

I did take off a slight lip on the crossmember, and its tight, just had to make sure it was square (straight) in the engine compartment.

Here is one I have..

Here is one when I was putting in the 347. You can kind of see how the Header fits next to the cross member....

From what I have gathered they kinda fit a 4x4 with a little work, like you say the PS header points right at the I beam on a 2wd.

They have gotten a lot of hate mail for it over the years and they do nothing about it but keep making more of them.
