i was driving on the ice and it was very bumpy and i when i got off i went to turn on the heater and nothing happens. battery meater doesnt even twitch like normal. i had the heat on before i got there.

truck is a 92 ford ranger 2.9. is there a fuse for this and which one is it because i lost my cover panel anyways if its the one under my dash/ thanks!

Check the connector to the heater resistor in the heater duct on the firewall in the engine compartment. turn the heater on high and mess with it and see if the blower starts. Go through and pull the fuses one at a time so you remember where they go and put it back in if it is not blown. I am betting on a loose or corroded connection.

well she started working again so untill i get some time and a warm geeeerage to work in im leaving it. so yes im going with a bad connecter now
