First thing pull the wires off the motor and put 12v to it to see if the problem is the motor or the wiring. Then post what happens. Oh! you did check the fuses I assume.
i found the switch for the fan was shot...took it out went to advanced auto, they didnt have one.(had to order it)...came home put everything back together and the damn thing worked??
