If your heating up just fine you may just need a flush just look to see how clean the fluid is. The heater core on these is about a 10 min job and 20 buck so a quick change out may be a good idea too.

copy kat for someone who dont know the jargen can u put it in plain speech.

when your at the drivers door looking at the truck. Get on your knees and look under the truck you will see a body mount and radius arm bracket (attached to the front axle) right under the drivers floor board. On the inside of the frame rail. It's C shaped. You will have to lay on your back to get to this point. There is a round canister. Bigger than a closed fist. This can will be attached to a bracket with a hose clamp. This is your fuel filter.

my husband gets what u say but he wont be able to do it on his back he says it is to far up.

Hmm..

So the truck is lifted so high that he cannot reach the fuel filter? Short arm syndrome? JK!
Maybe lay on a block of wood or something?

And on the heating issue, are both of your heater hoses getting hott to the touch?

but we dont have that and the proerty we live on is sand and dirt
