How did you guys deal with the corner of the heater box where the valve cover on the passenger side hits?

Anyone fabricating nice show quality heater boxes for sale?

Can you post up your pics of how you built around this problem so I can get an idea of what is involved here?

thanks

Mold it with a heat gun is the best I have heard of and have done it myself.

It will vary with how tall your valve covers are and if it is an A/C or A/C-less heater box.

Mine looks less than wonderful now that I have shorter valve covers... but I am planning to put A/C in the truck so I am not overly worried enough to switch this box.

Nobody that I know of makes boxes stock or otherwise for these things.
