heated o2 sensors no ground signal

Welcome to TRS 
O2 heaters are grounded by Computer(PCM) after boot up
PCM monitors the 12volts passing thru the heater coils and will set a code if 12volts isn't seen after key on and boot up
P0161 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0141 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
The PCM Grounds for these two O2s uses a white/orange wire and a blue/white wire, pins 47 and 48 on PCM C175T connector
