heat on feet

it seems only to do this when im on the highway with all AC and heat turned off. it will still blow warm air on my feet and its very anoying on hot days. any ideas?

ah ha i figured out it was jsut the blend door. fixed that and the heat on my feet stopped and my ac blows great

Ugh! I have this same problem and I'm looking for ways to fix the blend door.

I have some questions!

How did you fix yours?

Where is the blend door located?

different systems.... you've got a wire/vacuum actuated system and snoman has an electric motor actuated system... read through the following thread to what actuates max a/c in your system which basically shuts down air from outside and what actuates your blend door (temp lever):

well now idk cuz the fix worked for a day and now its all broke again and i have no idea, im thinking the wentire blend door is shot but i really dont want to take the entire dash apart to find out

yea and like i said it worked the rest of the day and the next day when i tried it i only had max ac again, took it get diagnosed and i had like 25 low and 175 high so im thinkin its jsut teh blend door itself that is broke?
