Headlights?

Hi Y'all

I have a 94 Ranger 2.3 5 speed. I have tried to clean up the headlights up from the yellow discoloration on them. The drivers side cleaned up well, but the passenger side resist all of my attempts to dehaze them. I was looking in a boneyard and i saw a pristine pair of 2001 headlights. The shape is similer...will they physically fit in my 94? I can redo the wiring harness to accomodate the difference in turn signal location, but I am curious about the fit.

They can with some modifications but they will not be a direct fit.

For all the work involved to get 01 lights to fit a 94 you can get a new set and leave the hassle in the bone yard. You can get them as cheap as $50.00 on eBay. You may even check your local parts stores to see if they can get them. Going the route you said considering the effort to install the wrong units + not being able to return a used part to the yard makes more sense to spend the money and get the right ones for your truck.

ive got the same ones as daniel3507 and couldnt be happier with the amount of light emitted and the ease of installment. if you are in the junkyard though i would suggest picking up some spare retainer clips since the new ones dont come with them and theyre easy to bend/snap when installing them (theyre almost 17 years old now).

Thanks guys! I can't believe that I braincramped Ebay. I saw a couple about the same price as what the boneyard wanted. Thanks for the advice.
