Is it possible or how much of a straight swap is it to put 02-04 headlights on a 99?

i would think you would need the whole rad support part and i don't know if its a direct swap because unlike my old 99 my 03 lights are removable for bulb change outs and you simply pull up on 2 levers and the light pops out but on a 99 they bolt in and don't come out easily so i would think you would need the newer rad support as well.
you'll have to swap
